We support two primary payment methods:
- PayPal Geumile mainly uses PayPal to handle secure payments. Via PayPal, we accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover.
- Secure Credit Card Payment We also accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All transactions are processed in USD. If your credit or debit card is denominated in a different currency, your bank will apply its applicable exchange rate based on the website you are accessing.
Do you offer 3 or 4 installment payment options?
We offer payment in 3 installments. You may select this payment option at checkout.
How do I change or modify my order?
If you spot an error in your order after receiving the order confirmation email, please get in touch with our Support Center. Please note that we can only assist with order modifications prior to shipment. Once your package has been dispatched, no further changes can be made.
What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
If you have not received your order confirmation email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing your order, or the email may have landed in your spam folder. You can log into your account to view your orders, or contact us for further details about your order.
